A doble shock impacted the European on 24 February with the Russian agression against Ukraine. It was the first time since 1945 that a, intense inter-state war occured in the old continent, and it also last in the long term. What will Europe be like after the Ukrainian assertion, the strategic defeat of Russia, already determined, the new legitimization of the Atlantic side and the lasting fracture with Russia? Will is be the return of the blocks, with a more eastern iron curtain?
