Philippe Perchoc


Philippe Perchoc is Policy Analyst at the European Parliamentary Research Service, where he is working on EU’s enlargement, neighbourhood policies and identity issues. After his studies in history at Sorbonne University and King’s College London, he graduated in history and political science at Université Catholique de Louvain and SciencesPo Paris, where he defended his PhD thesis in 2010. Author of two books, he is invited professor at the College of Europe in Bruges and at Université Catholique de Louvain. He regularly publishes on identity and historical issues for the Research Service and is one of the authors of the ‘Peace and Security Outlook 2019’ presented this year at the Forum Mondial de la Paix.
