Through its work to educate and to help society, the French Red Cross promotes the fundamental principles of international humanitarian law and works with people, particularly children and young people, to convey the ideals of peace, tolerance and mutual understanding among all people. The French Red Cross is active across Normandy and has more than 3,000 volunteers and 1,200 employees. Its proposed activities will focus on armed conflict and international humanitarian law. An exhibition will focus on human rights violations, inspired by the TV series Game of Thrones.
