Anastasia Kirilenko is a Russian independent investigative journalist. Kirilenko graduated from Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management in 2006 with a degree specialising in international relations and received a master's degree in journalism from the Franco-Russian Master of Journalism at the Moscow State University,CFPJ and French Press Institute in 2007. In 2008 she worked as a translator at the Human Rights Centre 'Memorial'. From 2009 to 2015, Kirilenko was a reporter for the Moscow office of Radio Free Europe and Radio Liberty, where she published several journalistic investigations on corruption. Kirilenko has also contributed to investigative films for BBC Panorama, PBS, CBC, Radio Canada and other media. Since 2016, she is a member of the expert group Fight Corruption Across the Border under the aegis of the EU-Russia Civil Society Forum and is a freelance journalist for the Russian investigative online newspaper The Insider. Co-author of the documentary "Poutine, le parrain" (available on RTS, France 2, ZDF) and the film Who is Mr Poutine in 2015.
