As part of the Normandy World Peace Forum 2019, Jean-Pierre Raffarin, former Prime Minister and President of Leaders for Peace presented the annual report of the NGO. This 2019 annual report was written by the Ambassador Pierre Vimont and focuses on the renewal of multilateralism.

Jean-Pierre Raffarin spoke of the dangerous nature of the world, the multiplication of tensions, the rivalries between the great powers, the questioning of multilateralism but also the need to appease violence, to privilege dialogue with the authorities and young people and to work for peace.
