You must present a health pass to access the Forum.

The health pass may be digitized on the TousAntiCovid app or in paper form with a QR code among the followings:

Masks will be compulsory indoor (plenary sessions, debates, cultural evening, roofed areas in the Village) and recommended outdoor.

Hand sanitizer will be provided. We encourage you to use it as often as possible.

Social distancing or other rules may be required according to applicable regulations at the time of the Forum.


It is vital to comply with these preventive measures to ensure everyone’s safety. Today, more than ever, we are responsible both for our own safety and that of everyone around us.

Sauf modifications des mesures gouvernementales avant le Forum, le pass sanitaire sera obligatoire pour accéder à l’événement, aussi bien en intérieur qu’en extérieur.

The health pass is compulsory from 12 years old.

Vaccinated people will have their health pass if the delays are respected:

  • Seven days after the second shot for two-shot vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca);
  • Four weeks after the shot for one-shot vaccines (Johnson & Johnson);
  • Seven days after the shot for vaccines administered to people who have already had COVID-19 (only one dose is necessary)

French people can find their vaccination certificate online: https://attestation-vaccin.ameli.fr/. A health professional may also find for you a vaccination certificate and print it.

You may also download it on your phone by scanning on the TousAntiCovid app the QR code on your certificate.

A covid-19 test must be conducted within the last 72 hours. If you are willing to enter the Forum on the 30 September at 8AM, you must present a test dating from the 27 September at 8AM at the earliest.
