Grégoire Leménager was born in Caen in 1976 and was a former student of the École normale supérieure of Fontenay-Saint-Cloud, specialising in Modern Languages. He is now a literary journalist. In 2007, he was a part of the Culture department of the "Nouvel Observateur" and he is currently the deputy editor of "L'Obs".
