The department is heavily involved in actions promoting global openness and European citizenship among middle school students, particularly through the Bayeux War Correspondents Prize initiative. 

Since 2022, she has been a member of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe. The Congress brings together delegations from 46 countries composed of local elected officials. 
She has chaired the French delegation to the Congress since October 2023 and has been appointed permanent rapporteur for human rights. 
Following the Reykjavik summit, the Congress has strengthened its actions in the areas of democracy, rule of law, and human rights among the 46 member countries.
