Normandy Manifesto for Peace

Written and presented to the 2019 Normandy World Peace Forum by Nobel Peace Prize laureates, Mohammed El-Baradei, Leymah Gbowee and Jody Williams, and civil society figures committed to peace such as the philosopher Anthony Grayling and Sundeep Waslekar, President of Strategic Foresight Group, this Manifesto is proposed for reading and signature by all.

Freedom Prize at the World Forum

In the presence of young people from all over the world, on Wednesday 5 June 2019 as part of the  Normandy World Forum, the First Freedom Prize was awarded, in her absence, to Greta Thunberg. The trophy, made by young Normans from the Lycée des métiers d'Art Augustin Boismard, was awarded to her on July 21, 2019.
