"The last dictatorship in Europe". The Belarus of Loukachenko met a strong mobilization of oponents in 2020-21. After their repression and the retaliation against the neighbouring countries which hosted them, Belarus became the rear base of the Ukraine invasion, showing the Russian influence. What democracy may surface in Belarus and how?
