Journalist, writer, historian and translator, Galia Ackerman is also specialist of the Russian and ex-Soviet world. Holding a Master's degree in literature obtained at the Moscow University and a PhD in History obtained at the University of Paris 1, she is currently Editor-in-chief at the Russian service of Radio France Internationale and head of the Russian office of the journal Politique Internationale.
