Lolita Couchene graduated with a Master’s degree in “Future Generations and Legal Transitions” from Sciences-Po Rennes and has been a campaign manager for World’s Youth for Climate Justice in France since September 2022.
In this role, she attended COP 28 to amplify the voices of youth with the support of the Normandy Region. She is currently interning in New York at the United Nations Environment Programme office.
Committed to human rights and ecology and passionate about law and justice, she authored a research thesis on a transgenerational and decolonial approach to the right to peace. She aims to continue contributing to the fight against the climate crisis and inequalities in her future professional career.
