Born and raisend in Hong Kong, Chan has over 10 years of experience in public relations and administration in Hong Kong and China. She was selected for EURODOC and Torino film lab. From Septembre 2021, she started her Master's degree in Austria, Denmark and Poland to explore media innovations.
