Fulgence Muteba Mugalu received on August 5, 1990, the sacrament of the Order for the Diocese of Kongolo. On March 18, 2005, Pope John Paul II appointed him bishop
of Kilwa-Kasenga. Fulgence Mugalu Muteba is a doctor of practical theology from the University of Montreal. He is working today on reconciliation in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
