
Since 2013, Sonia Rolley has worked as a Great Lakes specialist at RFI – African Department and has been a part of the New York University Study Group on the Congo since 2018. From 2015 to 2017, she was a special correspondent, radio and web reporter (Kinshasa, DRC) for RFI and from 2008 to 2013, she was a presenter on Afrique Matin Week-End for RFI, Antenne Afrique (Maison de la Radio, Paris). She graduated with a Master’s degree in journalism, specialising in radio, from the Centre Universitaire d’Enseignement du Journalisme in Strasbourg (2002-2004) and also studied at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Aix-en-Provence (1998-2002) (information and communications).
