Seyed Kazem Sajjadpour

 

Seyed Mohammad Kazem Sajjadpour is currently President of the Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS). As a professor of International Relations, he previously was the Chairman of the Department of Diplomacy and International Organizations of School of International Relations. He has also worked as an Advisor to the Minister Foreign Affairs on Strategic Issues (2013-2016), Ambassador of Iran to the United Nation in Geneva (2003-2004) and Director General of the Institute for Political & International Studies (1999-2003). He is editor in chief of the Iranian Review of Foreign Affairs, and published numerous books and articles. He has been a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Harvard University (1991-1992), after he completed his PhD at the George Washington University (1990) in Political science.
