Branislav Stanicek is co-author of the Normandy Index and policy analyst at the European Parliamentary Research Service (EPRS), think tank of the European Parliament. Before joining the EPRS he worked at various positions at the European Commission, European Committee of the Regions and Foundation for Political Innovation in Paris. He studied geopolitics at Sorbonne University (Paris IV) and Ecole Normale Superieure (ENS).
