Juan Arredondo

Juan Arredondo is a Colombian-American photographer whose images explore social inequality and human rights issues.

Juan helped photographers Eugene Richards and Lori Grinker, and served as a teaching assistant at the International Center for Photography (ICP) in New York. The same year, Juan began traveling to Colombia to photograph the protracted conflict in that country.

Juan is a regular contributor to the New York Times and National Geographic. His photographs have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, ESPN, Vanity Fair, Le Monde Magazine, Der Spiegel, among others.

His work has been commissioned by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), UNHCR, UNMAS, the International Rescue Committee (IRC) and Save the Children.
