Camille Grand was appointed as NATO’s Assistant Secretary-General for Defence Investment on 4 October 2016.

Prior to this, he was the director of the Foundation for Strategic Research (from 2008 to 2016). He has also worked for the French Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defence. He has taught at Sciences-Po Paris’ Paris School of International Affairs, the École Nationale d’Administration and the École Spéciale Militaire de
St Cyr-Coetquidan.

He has published various books and monographs as well as numerous articles in American and European journals and books on contemporary strategic issues.
