Margot Haddad

A graduate in international relations and journalism, having trained at the Columbia Journalism School in New York, Margot Haddad is a speaker and journalist specialising in geopolitics.

She has built up her expertise on the ground, at the heart of the most sensitive international crises and issues. For nearly ten years, she worked for American media outlets, notably CNN, where she spent six years covering international news, as well as NBC News.

Margot Haddad has produced numerous reports in the United States and Russia, two key regions at the heart of the global balance of power. There, she has developed an in-depth understanding of the tensions between major powers and contemporary geopolitical dynamics. Her work was recognised with the 2014 CNN International Award, cementing her standing in the American media landscape.

Now a presenter on LCI, she hosts a programme of in-depth interviews on geopolitics every weekend, from Friday to Sunday, 8pm to 10pm, in which she analyses international current affairs and interviews the key figures shaping them.
