Ousmane Ndiaye

A graduate of the University of Dakar and the French Press Institute of Paris2, Ousmane Ndiaye has been Africa editor-in-chief of the TV5Monde channel since June 2017. As a former Sahel correspondent, based in Bamako, he is a specialist in this region. Ousmane Ndiaye was responsible for Africa at the weekly Courrier International.

In Senegal, he worked for the national press, notably the newspapers Le Quotidien and L'Événement du Soir. A keen observer and passionate about geopolitical issues, he contributes to journals and studies, and is also a member of the jury for the geopolitical book prize, the Brienne Prize.
