Originally from Afghanistan but and raised in Iran.

Master in architecture in Iran.

Part of the Hazara ethnic minority and emigrated to Iran over four decades ago

It was on his return to Kabul that he began to draw cartoons, as a way of dealing with the reality he witnessed in Afghanistan. In Afghanistan, he felt he needed to speak on behalf of his people (Hazara), or maybe sometimes a lot of emotions needed to be released and that was a good way to do that.

It was August 2021 In a matter of days, the situation turned into an emergency in Afghanistan. It came as a shock to both the Afghan population and the international community. Taliban take over Kabul and the whole of Afghanistan

And now he is living in Netherland and still have hope. He plans to draw cartoons for the world and studies the conservation of architectural heritage so that he can do something for the ancient Bamiyan Buddhas destroyed by extremist
