Boukary Sangaré is a Malian researcher (anthropologist). He prepared a doctoral dissertation at the University of Leiden on insecurity and the process of radicalization of young nomadic Fulani pastoralists in the Mopti region (Mali). He is also an independent consultant and has had to conduct several studies for international NGOs working in Mali and the Sahel.
