Dr. Scherto Gill was a Visiting Researcher and Associate Lecturer at the School of Education and Social Work at the University of Sussex. She is now a senior researcher at the Guerrand-Hermès Foundation for Peace, an international research institute based in south-east England. Scherto's research interests are focused on understanding peace and human fulfillment as a holistic and dynamic process.
