Cartoonist ZACH is a young cartoonist and illustrator from the Philippines. His cartoons deal with both local and international issues. In most of his recent contributions, he lampoons the state of social justice and human rights in the Philippines. He previously worked as editorial cartoonist for CBCP Monitor, the national print publication of Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines. He also regularly contributes cartoons for Assortedge, an emerging online media organization in the Philippines, specializing in contextual reporting, explanatory journalism and satire.

Internationally, he collaborates with the Netherlands-based Cartoon Movement and France-based Cartooning for Peace, in which his works were published in international exhibitions and campaigns. His work has been published in Courrier International, The New Internationalist, France 24, Le Monde, Le Temps and many more. He is the co-founder of PITIK BULAG, an organization currently in partnership with #FactsFirstPH, committed to making comics and cartoons, to help combat disinformation online.
