North Korea, which remains one of the main area of instability in the world, is often described as one of the most closed country. This confinement has grown over the past years following the international penalties and the pandemic. How to avoid the conflict and the worsening of the crises dur to a lack of knowledge of the country? This is exactly the role, on different levels, of diplomats, academics, humaritarians, who try to contribute to manage the future crises through a difficult but essential discussion with authorities.
