Denis Cheissoux is a journalist and a radio presenter born in Bourg-La-Reine, specialised in the environmental issues.

For France Inter, he has presented since 1988 "CO2 mon amour" and, for more than 30 years, the litterary show for children "L'as-tu lu mon ptit loup ?" (co-animated from 1987 to 2008 with Patrice Wolf).

He also participated to L'Oreille en coin. With a passion for bike ride, he co-presented with Bertrand Lefebvre for several years the TV show Agnes Vincent's "Autour du monde", in parallel to the Tour de France.

He was appointed from 2006 to 2010 President of the Commission specialised in terminology and neology for environment.

The Ministry of the Ecology and Sustainable Development submitted him to the Legion of Honour in 2015.

He was one of the four journalist awarded by the Prize "Reporters d'espoirs" in 2019 and is the winner of the radio Prize "La Voix des solutions", with the judges choosing "this year to distinguish, on top of his work's quality, the long-lasting commitment of a journalist, who has given voices for years to initiatives in his shows."
