Emilie Gaillard is Professor of Human Rights and Environmental Law at SciencesPo Rennes, she created the first Master Degree "Future generations and legal transitions".
 

She is the General coordinator of the Normandy Chair for Peace dedicated to Peace with the Earth (CNRS/ Normandy Region/ MRSH).
 

Author of two books Future Generations and Private Law. Towards a law for Future Generations (2010, ASMP Dupin Prize), Legal Actions for Future Generations (Peter Lang 2021)
 

Her reseach is focused on Law(s) for Future Generations and Rights of Future generations. She writes in many different areas of the Law.
 

She is co-writer of the  Universal Declaration of rights of humankind under the direction of Corinne Lepage for the President of the French Republic (2015).
