Working in the water sector for 25 years, Frank Galland was Director of safety for Suez.

He's managing since 2010 Environmental Emergency & Security Services, a consulting firm specialized in urban resilience, that he created to guide local authorities and infrastructures in their procedures of anticipating and managing exploitation crisis.

Franck Galland also has been associate Reseacher since 2008 in the Fondation pour la Recherche Strategique, on security challenges and water strategies. 

With his expertise, he represented France from 2015 to 2017 in the Global High Level Panel for Water & Peace, a diplomatic initiative by the Swiss govrenment.

He also was affected as water expert for the Army Ministry.
