François Xavier Priollaud

 

François-Xavier Priollaud is mayor of Louviers since April 6, 2014 and president delegate of the agglomeration Seine-Eure (CASE). He is also Vice-president of the Normandy Region and a member of the Committee of Regions of the European Union.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and a postgraduate degree in Public Law at the Sorbonne University, François-Xavier Priollaud is a laureate of the National Assembly Administrator's Competition where he began his professional career in 2001. .

In 2007, he joined the 7th class of the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs before joining in 2008 the office of the Minister of Defense, Hervé Morin, as political advisor.

A member of the Young Europeans Leaders program, François-Xavier Priollaud is an ardent advocate of building a political Europe. Vice-president of the European Movement - France and co-founder of the "European Book Prize" awarded annually to the European Parliament, he is also the author of numerous books and articles of European law and has long taught European issues at Sciences Po and at ENA.
