Valériane Gauthier is a journalist and presenter for France 24. With a passion for the Middle East, Europe and Africa, she produces reports and has presented the programme “Afrique Hebdo”. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and a journalism degree from the CFPJ; she has also worked as a consultant for UNESCO and as a journalist for BFM TV and M6.
